Window Cleaning in Sarasota, FL
Glass so clear it disappears.
The service
What’s included in a window cleaning?
Professional window cleaning is the cleaning of a home’s glass inside and out — along with the frames, sills, tracks and screens that a quick wipe leaves behind. We hand-detail interior glass and clean exterior windows with a pure-water pole system: filtered, deionized water fed up a telescopic pole that lifts dirt and rinses spot-free, with no ladders on high or fixed panes. On the coast that thoroughness matters. Salt carried off the Gulf settles on glass and, because salt draws moisture from the humid air, it hazes a freshly cleaned window faster than it would inland. Cleaning only the pane leaves that film in the tracks and screens to blow straight back across the glass — so we clean the whole window, inside and out, on everything from ground-floor windows to skylights, French doors and second-story glass.
Your windows are the difference between a good home and a breathtaking one. We clean glass, frames, tracks and screens by hand and with pure-water poles, inside and out, so every pane reads invisible and every view feels brand new.
The difference between a decent window cleaning and a great one is everything around the glass. Anyone can wipe a pane; getting a window to truly disappear means the frames are wiped down, the sills are free of dead bugs and grit, the tracks are vacuumed and cleaned, and the screens are washed so they don’t immediately re-film the glass you just finished. That’s the standard we hold on every home.
Coastal Sarasota adds a wrinkle most window cleaners elsewhere never deal with: salt. Salt settles on glass, pulls moisture from the humid air, and hazes a clean window faster than you’d expect. We clean the exterior with pure, filtered water that dries without leaving minerals behind, so the glass stays clear as long as possible between visits.
What we clean
Glass, screens, tracks and frames
Interior & exterior glass
Hand-detailed inside, pure-water rinsed outside — every pane checked in natural light until it reads invisible.
Frames, sills & tracks
Wiped, vacuumed and cleaned so grit and salt don’t re-film the glass the moment the wind picks up.
Screens
Removed, washed and re-set. Salt- and pollen-loaded screens are the number-one reason clean glass looks dirty again fast.
High & fixed glass
Water-fed poles and safe ladder work for skylights, transoms, French doors and second-story windows.
Hard-water spotting
Professional mineral treatment to lift sprinkler and salt etching before it becomes permanent.
How to tell you need it
How do you know when you need window cleaning?
A haze that won’t wipe away
If glass looks cloudy in flat morning light even after you clean it, that’s mineral or salt film that needs a proper wash.
White spots near sprinklers
Chalky spots on the lower panes are hard-water minerals from irrigation overspray — they worsen and eventually etch.
Gritty, sticking tracks
Sand and salt build up in the tracks and sills, and re-film the glass every time the window moves.
Screens you can’t see through
Dull, loaded screens cut your view and dirty the glass behind them — a sign the whole window is due.

Window Cleaning questions from Sarasota homeowners
Still wondering about something? Call or text — Anthony’s happy to help.
Do you clean screens and tracks too?
Yes — screens, frames, sills and tracks are included so the whole window looks new, not just the glass. On coastal homes this matters even more, since salt and sand in the tracks re-film clean glass fast.
How often should windows be cleaned?
For coastal homes near the Gulf, two to three times a year keeps salt air and mineral spotting at bay. Inland homes can usually go longer. We’ll recommend a cadence for your home.
Can you remove hard-water stains?
In most cases, yes. We use professional mineral treatments to restore clarity to spotted glass. Caught early, it lifts cleanly; deep etching from years of sprinkler spray can be permanent, so sooner is better.
Do you clean interior windows as well as exterior?
Yes. Most homes want both — interiors are hand-detailed, and exteriors get a pure-water rinse that dries spot-free. You’re welcome to book just one, but the two together is what makes glass truly disappear.
Can you reach high, fixed or second-story glass?
Usually, yes. We use water-fed poles for tall and fixed windows and work safely from ladders where needed. Tell us about any unusually high or hard-to-reach glass and we’ll confirm before we quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
For exterior-only work, no — as long as we have access to the outside of the home. For interior glass, someone needs to let us in. We’ll always confirm the plan with you first.
Will you move furniture or take down blinds?
We’ll gently move small items and raise blinds to reach the glass, then put everything back as we found it. For heavy furniture, we ask that it be moved ahead of time.
