  • Quote requests. When you submit our quote form, we collect the details you enter — your name and phone number (required), and optionally your email address, property address, the service you’re interested in, and any message you include.
  • Direct contact. If you call, text or email us, we receive whatever information you share in that message, including your phone number or email address.

We do not ask for sensitive information, and please don’t send payment card numbers or similar details through the form.

How we use your information

We use the information you provide to:

  • respond to your request and answer questions;
  • prepare quotes and schedule service;
  • communicate with you about your project by phone, text or email;
  • keep basic records of the work we’ve discussed or done.

How your quote request is handled

This website is hosted on Netlify, and our quote form uses Netlify’s form service. When you submit the form, your entry is transmitted securely, stored by Netlify on our behalf, and emailed to us at sundaycleaningco941@gmail.com. Netlify processes the submission as our service provider; their handling of that data is governed by their own privacy terms.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics or tracking services, and it does not sell your data. Our host may keep standard, security-related server logs (such as IP addresses and browser type) as part of operating the website, and our form uses a hidden anti-spam field to reduce junk submissions.

Text messages and calls

If you contact us by phone or text, or ask us to text you, standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. We use your number only to communicate with you about your inquiry and service — not for marketing lists — and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business (such as our website host and email provider), and only as needed to respond to you — or when required by law.

Data retention

We keep quote requests and related communications for as long as needed to serve you and to keep reasonable business records, and then delete or archive them. You can ask us to delete your information (see below).

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Just reach out using the details below and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s privacy

This site is intended for adults seeking home services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
